After training and orientation the staff will carry out and out medical clinic to different local villages around Kamuli, Buyende, Kaliro,Jinja Districts.

Supervision, implementation, reporting will directly be done by project manager. Management will help in coming up with strategies for the projects to enhance its sustainability.

The project is needed because it was an identified need by the beneficiaries, there is agent need for medical service to supplement on the government provided services. Besides having a program component mainly
focusing on reproductive health and service provision to local people, it’s a way of helping people become responsible to their health. This reduces social implications of unattended to patients, child morbidity and maternal mortality especially amongst young girls &mothers of child bearing age who are exposed to HIV/AIDS infections and other sexually transmitted infections, unplanned pregnancies with associated social implications of abortion, street children, drug abuse.
